Appointment required. Hearing exams are being scheduled about 2-3 weeks out. Fittings, and adjustments can be scheduled out about 1-2 weeks. We are still offering curbside services or in office appointments for cleanings, repairs, and supply pick up or purchase. These appointments can usually be scheduled within 1-3 days.

I have received multiple calls from this company telling me my hearing devices are in and would like me to have them fitted. I asked them who they were looking for and they advised an Art Gamboa. I have politely advised this company multiple times that I have owned this phone number for the past 10 years and no one by the name of Art Gamboa lives with me nor do I know Art. Many of the employees stated they will update the information and remove my number but I am still receiving calls. This is starting to become irritating. Please talk with Art and retrieve the proper information, the number provided does not belong to him.

Dr Susan is amazing. She is the most educated hearing aide doctor I have ever had. I have been wearing hearing aides since my early 40s. The knowledge she has is extremely helpful. She is an excellent communicator.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Wendy Gallegos Audiology for the services I received on January 19, 2022. In particular, I would like to recognize the services provided to me by Ms. Megan Chavez. She conducted a baseline audiology examination and an evaluation for tinnitus. She was knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her examination. Her explanation of the complex results were comprehensive but given in a manner that was easily understood. I’ve been using services from this office for five years, and extremely happy with the help I’ve gotten from Al personnel. I recently bought new heating aids at a price I could afford. Susan was more than just attentive to my needs…. What have gotten are devices that fill my needs along with friendly and complete service. I don’t recommend many services of any kind, but in this case I do. This is the place to get help with your hearing.

I had the opportunity to experience an office visit with Ms. Tracy Gallegos . I would rate this office a 4.8. Nobody’s perfect, when I walked into this office I felt comfortable and at ease. There is no stress during the visit as Ms. Tracy explained everything prior to doing testing; testing went well. When we were done Ms. Tracy took the time to explain the details in the report, what everything meant and my hearing reported the things we discuss prior to testing. I was just very grateful how Ms. Tracy made me feel relaxed and at home.
